Last weekend me and the Family went to cardiff in the Merc for the Cardiff Half Marathon. Well, Amanda and Sam didn't go for the half marathon, but I did. Rhys made us some awesome fillet steaks on the friday we arrived.

On the saturday, we had lunch at the Dart wedding venue, Sam did a horrid shit, then we went to Costco, to sign Rhys up as a member. Costco is next to some stadium of sort, and Dart timed leaving costco with the end of some sort of sporting event, possibly football or something. It was fun because we got to spend lots of time enjoying the interior of my Mercedes.

Once again I'm doing some half marathon for no apparent reason other than to cause myself pain. This time I'm travelling to Cardiff to do it with Rhys and Hadeel. On the 18th of October.

My training appears to be going alright, I been using some app on my Android phone called  "My Tracks" by google, that records my route then uploads it onto google maps and google docs. I ran 9.45 miles this morning, and I feel fine amazingly...

In other news, I had a baby. Well Amanda did. as you can see from the pictures he's utterly awesome. This happened ages ago now, like about 16 weeks or something, so he's now really old. His name is Samuel.

Well, Amanda is.. I can't be pregnant, that's impossible unless you're arnie. Here's a pic we had done at ten weeks, woulda put the 12 week one up but its not as good..
